In operation since 1982, The Knoll, a 15 room house
of Tudor design, is situated on 17 acres in the residential section of Florence, a suburb of Northampton.
The house is set well back from Route 9, offering quiet, clean accommodations. Beautiful Look Park is a three
minute walk away. We now offer WiFi for our guests. A plentiful continental breakfast is provided for our guests enjoyment - cold cereals, juice, fruit, coffee or tea, muffins and our own home made strawberry jam. The breakfast is available from 8AM to 9AM. Rates: $90. Guest Policies:
